Had a friend text me last night and invite Michelle and I to go to the Metallica concert with them. I, for one, am VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY excited. Michelle ... well, this will be her first concert and I'm not sure she ever thought that her first concert would be a Metallica concert. She has no idea how much fun she is going to have.
Thinking about the concert put me in the mood to post pictures of the last concert I went to: Creed. That was a GREAT!! concert. Here are some pictures:

While singing Unforgiven, Scott Stapp and the guitarist climbed on top of a walk way that rose over the drummer and a sheet of sparks dropped behind. It was a lot cooler to see that it is to explain!!
For the encore, Jayson (my brother who attended with me) and I moved to the front. Here is a decent shot of the band. Isn't my camera on my phone nifty!!
Isn't Scott Stapp cool! He is one sweaty man ... We were about 10 feet away.
During their last song (Higher), the stage would rise in flames as Stapp would sing the chorus. Pretty amazing (and hot).
